The Wolverine X2 1000 R-Spec features a Proven Off-Road 999cc DOHC, eight-valve, parallel twin-cylinder powerplant based on its premium RMAX 1000 sibling, revving to an 8500 rpm redline and delivering big power, smooth performance and legendary Yamaha reliability.

On-Command 2WD/4WD/Diff Lock

Providing 2WD, 4WD limited slip, and 4WD with full-differential lock, the driver controlled system offers predictable gear-engagement and consistent steering and handling, eliminating hesitation or belt slippage. The Wolverine X2 1000’s automotive style On-Command dial is intuitive and conveniently located in the driver’s cockpit.

High Performance Suspension

With Proven off road specs, comfort, and confidence-inspiring capability, the Wolverine X2 1000 R-Spec is outfitted with a trail-ready suspension package featuring front and rear sway bars, piggyback shocks with high/low-speed compression and preload adjustment, along with 338mm of front and 394mm of rear wheel travel for maximum performance and comfort.

Ready to work Cargo Bed

The Wolverine X2 1000 R-Spec features a tilting cargo bed to simplify hauling duties. Built with hydraulic assistance and a robust latch system, the bed transports up to 272kg with multiple steel tie-down points to secure cargo or attach accessories. Add in a full 907kg of towing capacity through a standard 2-inch receiver, and the Wolverine X2 1000 R-Spec is ready to get to work when you are.

Advanced Instrumentation

The premium blue-backlit, all-digital meter with a large dimmable readout gives the driver a complete picture at a glance. Vehicle status and warnings are clearly displayed, along with easily accessed odometers and trip and hour meters.
