SHELL & SAFETY

• X-SERIES Ultra Carbon shell – Hand laid Carbon Fiber, reinforced with panels of specially designed Multi-Axial Hybrid materials, bonded with advanced resins to provide the lightest weight and highest safety.
• Multi-Density EPS Damping System – With the use of different EPS compounds for specific impact areas, our Multi-Density EPS ensures maximum shock absorption and disbursement for outstanding safety.
• NERS Nolan Emergency Release System – For safe and easy removal of cheek pads after a crash.
• 4 Shell Sizes / 6 EPS Sizes – Created with the optimal outer shell sizes, and more accurate internal EPS sizing for better helmet fit and increased safety.
• Optimised Lower Shell Design – For improved neck mobility, especially in “racing position”.

VISORS & MECHANISMS

• LEXAN Scratch Resistant Visor – Outstanding strength and safety, optical quality, and Scratch Resistant treatment for long service life.
• Additional Dark Tint Racing Visor – This helmet is supplied with an additional Dark Tint Racing Visor – with a flat surface, Tear-Off pins, and Scratch Resistant treatment.
• Ultrawide Eye Port – For enhanced vertical and lateral vision.
• VPS Vision Protection System – Internal tinted drop down visor with UV protection up to 400nm, and multiple height settings. The VPS is made from LEXAN, and is Anti-Fog treated.
• SLVS Safety Visor Lock System – With a dual action to allow the visor to be locked shut, or slightly open for ventilation at lower speeds.
• Pinlock Anti-Fog Insert – Supplied with a premium Pinlock Anti-Fog insert for clear vision in all conditions. Our visor is also fitted with adjustable pins to extend the Pinlock’s service life.
• Optimized Visor Mechanism – With a screwed mechanism to reduce the risk of detachment in a crash, and reduce the overall size of the mechanism to give better performance in side impacts. It also allows for visor position adjustments to create a better seal.
• Available Visor Colours – Clear, Dark Green (Dark Tint), Metal Silver, Metal Gold, Iridium Blue, Iridium Red, Iridium Orange.

COMFORT & LINER

• Carbon Fit Liner – A high-performance comfort liner made with premium low-compacting foams and active Carbon Filament materials, offering increased thermoregulatory, antistatic, and antibacterial performance.
• LAF Liner Adjustable Fitting Capable – Optional padding kit (available as an accessory) allows the rider to easily adjust the fit/height of the crown liner to suit different head shapes.
• 3D Cheek Pads – 3D moulded foam provides increased comfort, stability, and service life. The inner padding of the cheek pads is also removable for more thorough cleaning.
• Optional Cheek Pads – Optional Cheek Pads are available to customise fit by +/- 5mm either side of standard.
• Eyewear Adaptive – Cheek pads have removable/replaceable panels for increased comfort while using glasses.
• Removable Chin Strap Covers – For ease of cleaning.

VENTING & AERODYNAMICS

• CFD Designed Shell – Shell developed with extensive CFD Computer Fluid Dynamics testing to create excellent aerodynamic venting, stability, and noise performance.
• RAS Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler – Developed with rider feedback, CFD Computer Fluid Dynamics, and wind tunnel testing to reduce aerodynamic resistance and increase helmet stability at speed. It is also removable, leaving a smaller street spoiler.
• RAF Racing Air Flow venting – Provides aggressive air intake through chin, brow, and dual top vents, with distribution channels to key areas and efficient extraction to keep you cool while riding hard.
