Vertex Cylinders

Vertex is proud to announce to have started the complete process of cylinders manufacturing. The technology applied to this new
product is the result of many years of hard work close to most professional Off-Road race teams. These cylinders are state of the art and are made to the same high-quality standards utilized for the pistons as for materials and heat treatments; high tech nickel silicon bore coating completes the process. This nickel-silicon coating working with our pistons provides a perfect combination to allow minimal assembly clearances thus resulting in maximum power output from the engine. The cylinders are available for all the Japanese Off-Road applications. You will be able to purchase individual cylinders or complete kits with piston and gaskets; they are available in STD bore or Big Bore versions. In the next future Vertex will also be launching a range of cylinders for On-Road engines as well.

Vertex is the choice of those who truly seek the optimum in powersport performance in any application. Standard pistons and components are OEM replacements. Kits include piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips. All pistons are heat-treated with a T-5 or T-6 hardening and tempering cycle. Replacement rings are sold individually.
