Key features

450cc Liquid Cooled Unicam® Single Cylinder Engine

The 450cc Unicam® cylinder head combines double-overhead-cam performance with single-overhead-cam compactness. This design saves weight, enables a high compression ratio with its narrow valve angle, and lowers the engine for improved centre of gravity and handling.

Showa® Spring Fork Suspension

The 49mm Showa® fork features a traditional spring design with a 39mm piston and 25mm rod diameter to enhance precision, handling, and feedback. For the latest update, it receives upgraded springs, seals, and valves, delivering a consistent stroke feel throughout the entire range.

New Radiator Shrouds

Using computational fluid dynamics, we redesigned the radiator shrouds to increase cooling. This improves power and consistency and endurance during a race, especially when the engine is pushed hard.

HRC launch control

Harness the power of HRC Launch Control for flawless starts. With three riding modes for mixed conditions, you can select the optimal power delivery for any track condition. Activate it with the press of a button and catapult yourself to the podium!

Redesigned Twin Spar Aluminium Frame

The 2025 CRF450RX features narrow main spars to save weight and improve responsiveness. This year new frame components improve handling, rear wheel traction, and stability in rough off-road conditions.

Redesigned Airbox and Filter

The airbox and filter features a completely redesigned, sealed airbox and air filter system to boost torque and improve throttle response.

Cross Country Tyres

The Dunlop Geomax tyres are designed for enduro use, rolling on an 18-inch rear wheel.

Selectable Engine Modes

A simple handlebar-mounted button lets you easily adjust engine power delivery with a thumb push. Select from standard, smooth, or aggressive modes to suit track conditions and your riding style.
