SHELL & SAFETY. LEXAN Polycarbonate shell – Considered to be the best form of polycarbonate for helmet shells and visors due to its superior structural integrity, impact and penetration resistance – making it lighter and safer than other polycarbonates. Multi-Density EPS Damping System – With the use of different EPS compounds for specific impact areas, our Multi-Density EPS ensures maximum shock absorption and disbursement for outstanding safety. 5 EPS Sizes – Allows for a more accurate internal volume for better helmet fit and increased safety.

• Multi-Config Design – With removable Visor and Adjustable Peak allows the N40-5 to be changed into 4 different configurations – from the protection of a full-length visor and a peak, to the freedom of an Open Face – in a matter of seconds.

VISORS & MECHANISMS. LEXAN Scratch Resistant Visor – Outstanding strength and safety, optical quality, and Scratch Resistant treatment for long service life. Ultrawide Eye Port – For enhanced vertical and lateral vision. VPS Vision Protection System – Internal tinted drop-down visor with UV protection up to 400nm, and multiple height settings. The VPS is made from LEXAN and is Anti-Fog treated. Available Visor Colours – Clear, Dark Green.

• Clima Comfort Liner – Helmet liner made with premium low-compacting foams, and Eco-Friendly Micro Fiber fabrics that offer excellent comfort, thermoregulatory, anti-bacterial performance, and long service life.

VENTING & AERODYNAMICS. AirBooster Vent System – Optimal air intake, multiple internal distribution channels to key areas, and rear extractor vents to expel hot/stale air.
