The shell is made of TRICARBOCO, a mixture of carbon fiber, with various weights and breaking loads, and aramid composite material, which makes it possible to produce a shell that is lightweight yet impact resistant. The inner shell is made of a differentiated density polystyrene, designed to allow a gradual and progressive absorption of the impact force generated by a collision. The inner liner is made of anti-bacterial treated polyester fabric and has removable, washable and replaceable inner elements and cheek pads. The PINLOCK Max Vision 120 injection polycarbonate visor is in optical class 1 and equipped with a "Racing Lock System" which reduces the possibility of it detaching in the event of a fall. To complete the equipment, there is a D-ring strap closure and front and side air vents which, together with the ventilation system allow for efficient air flow exchange and promote well-being and lucid riding.
